Being with my grandchildren, ages 1 & 3, brings me that childlike state of wonder. It’s as if I’m seeing everything through their young eyes for the first time, all over again!
Routines like meditation and exercise have benefits. Playing the situation and first and foremost doing God's will as guided by one's innate Conscience is key.
I have found that some routine is very meaningful to me, such as the delicious and healthy breakfast I eat almost every morning (vegan yogurt with chia and flax seeds, walnuts, banana, and blueberries), daily AM 40-minute yoga/meditation, and my evening routine (floss/brush, wash face, take vitamins, give kitty treats!). All are for my health, wellbeing, sobriety, and happiness, and I am so grateful that I have these moments each day.
