How amazingly you’ve used those metaphors, Gurdeep! I’m in awe. You’re so inspiring. I’m so glad to have come across you… I can’t thank you enough. The Bhangra movements were flowing smoothly like the gentle breeze and the swim looked so healing and magical along with the sound of the water! So so beautiful 💝

And yes, I agree totally with this: My body remembered what my mind had forgotten—that joy isn't found, but created. That the inner child within us never truly disappears but merely waits, patient and eternal, for permission to emerge.

Thank you, Gurdeep! I love the video! As it is here, in Winnipeg, I have a hard time with the reduced light in winter. I cannot image going through the whole day or whole days in darkness, no sun. That would be a hardship for me for sure. So the upper north is of strong & brave people. Take care!

Wonderful. There’s something profound in the freeing dance followed by the quiet swim away.

I'm so happy to know someone who celebrates their inner child. I may have sent you this posting from my Wordpress blog archives. Wonder and Awe are siblings I find.

In joy Gurdeep.
