I love the Punjabi/Irish mashup!

re: grief. I find it helpful to remember that grief is the flip side of love. If we didn't love, we wouldn't grieve. But would we want not to love?

How come you are never surrounded by swarms of giant mosquitos? Is your dance keeping them at bay? Thank you for all your thoughtful contributions to our lives! Keep on dancing! 🕺

Such a beautiful and important article, Gurdeep. I’ve been through many of the situations you mentioned. Back then, my mind felt foggy. I had no clarity, didn’t understand what was going on, and fear was pushing me to make choices that weren’t good for me. I often wondered if things would ever get better. I started small, just by walking, and that one step changed my life. It helped my physical and mental health, and slowly everything started to improve. Today, I can say I’m healthy emotionally, physically, mentally, and financially. For me, the key has been staying consistent with my daily habits…rain or shine. Thank you for writing and sharing this, my dear friend. 💝

Thank you for your insightful article! I’m in a lot of these scenarios. Sometimes it’s really hard to see the trees through the forest. Anyway, it’s a lot sometimes, most of the time. But I’m trying to be more positive. You’re a good influence, Gurdeep!

Hi, Gurdeep! I love it when you share bits of your life stories with us, such as in Scenario 2 regarding finances. I’m so glad things worked out for you & better! I can’t wait to read your book! When approximately will it be available? Love the video! Well done!

Wrestlers don't train with weak partners to prepare for a match... we get strong by digging deep within to let the omnipotent Atman/ Great Spirit within express out as Divine Love...unconditionally and selflessly....the Jewish Carpenter was right...we can do all He did and greater when we let the Omnipotent God do the work through us.
