Laughing at the body because it insists on being real. Oh! That line is going to change my own discussions with my body. Thank you for your insight.

Well stated.

Removing entrenched clinical definitions designed to support medical systems, insurance payments, and mood altering prescriptions. Describing variations of feeling, actions, and mood as being essential to one's life is as meaningful as understanding the elements of vinegar, salt, and sugar to home cooking.

Best regards.

I love thé image of you dancing with your boots on in the cabin to keep the energy and warmth going! That is a beautiful image of making our way through daily life. Thank you for your writing and all the encouragement you send out to the world, regularly.

Thank you Gurdeep. I really needed to read this today. I'd forgotten about Rumi's guest house but that too resonates 🙏

We need the downs to appreciate the ups. The wisdom, as you have pointed out, is to be aware and accepting of them. "This too shall pass."

The Rumi reference in the first comment points this out. The Guest House welcomes all visitors as equal, respected and important.

We are a guest house, one with many rooms, some for strangers, some for the familiar.

All are welcome, see you soon.

Echoing with a Rumi inspired theme, thanks for more Arctic incites, where stillness oozes healing 🙏🏻
