The real barrier to your joy and peace isn't the external world and its challenges. The true battleground is the world within you, filled with your fears, doubts, and insecurities.
Thank you for sharing your wisdom. I agree that it is important to shift our perspective regarding pain and suffering and to develop an understanding of our challenges from a broader perspective. I think one way to begin doing this is to encourage ourselves to cultivate a genuine sense of curiosity about our life experiences, and to be open to new interpretations of what we think we know.
Hello Aurore, thanks for adding your thoughts. It is greatly appreciated. I wholeheartedly agree that cultivating a genuine sense of curiosity about our life experiences and being open to new interpretations are ways to go. Pain can multiply when we incorrectly interpret the situation under the influence of our emotions, personal biases, and our own ego.

Mr.P. is correct when he suggests that suffering is our responsibility to minimize. If you haven't binge watched 'Orange is the New Black' I would recommend a deep dive into the examination or the definition of pain/suffering.
Your writing is so thoughtful, generous, and encompassing of everyone's experiences. Thank you Gurdeep! Your mother gave the world a beautiful gift in you.
Many people value more the happenings of the highly successful people than the poor ones. Thank you for your article! I agree with most of what you said but I think it works better on paper, at least in my circumstances.
Thank you for sharing your perspective, Sarina. Everyone's situation and story is different, as is their understanding of pain. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
