Gurdeep, thank you for the reminder to appreciate the journey as it’s unfolding. Even when we seem to be traveling down a cul-de-sac, It’s really all part of the journey of life. Sometimes we find that what at first seemed like a detour is actually the real path. I so appreciate reading your point of view and watching your joyful dancing.

It was a great read. As I was reading the article, An image was being created in my mind. Metaphorically life is like a sweater. When we knit it, we use different colours (symbolic of different emotions for me) we use different knitting tools, it’s not always straightforward knitting. We undo, redo, and take breaks… and once it’s ready we enjoy it by wearing it and once it’s worn out, we let it go and start knitting a new sweater again. Thank you for sharing it with us. Keep them coming! 🙏🏽💝

Hi Gurdeep. Thank you so much for your latest article. I’ve been reading a book called, “The Obstacle is the Way” which advocates very similar ideas. I’ve found it so helpful to try to shift my perspective regarding obstacles/challenges in my life. 😊

Hi Gurdeep

Thank you for another excellent article, for a while now I've been having some fun telling my friends my new mantra, and after reading your article I thought I would see how it lines up.

I tell them to repeat after me ;

I got my mojo workin.....("I have learned to find joy")

I got my wheels rolling.....("Life is frequently likened to a journey")

I got my yabadabadoo.....("I've found a form of tranquility")

And I know what I got to do!!!......("adopting an attitude of gratitude and appreciation for life and all of its experiences")

All the best and best regards Myles
