I really appreciate your post this week Gurdeep, everything is right with us if we stop long enough to take everything around us in. There is much joy to be had. Thank you

Much of my growing up was spent in a tiny, remote fishing village on the north end of Vancouver Island. There was no electricity, water came from a gravity fed water line from a creek, sometimes in the winter the water lines would freeze and we had to pack water. We used a wood stove to cook and heat our home. The ocean was my front yard and the forest was my backyard. Things weren't fancy, there was a lack of many modern conveniences, but I would return to that lifestyle in a heartbeat if I was able to.

Loved everything you shared, Gurdeep! I’m really happy you followed your heart and decided to move to that remote cabin in the wilderness. I can only imagine how much you’ve changed through that experience. Hopefully, I’ll get to live like that someday too.

For now, I’m also someone who’s not into collecting more and more stuff and I don’t have goal after goal. I’m simply living and content with what I have and feel grateful.

I really enjoyed the video. Thanks for sharing it! 🙏🏽

Thank you, Manu, for your thoughtful response. It’s a blessing to be content, and I am glad you feel that.

You are so very appreciated! Thank you for validation of my belief of "not needing a goal"& not wanting the newest, biggest, best next thing.

Where I live, everybody seems to be in a competition with everyone else to get more,more,more... not so it can be shared, but only so they can gloat over having more than someone else...It's so ridiculous. Society here looks down on someone that isn't after MORE & doesn't have a goal to

get more, even when they already have more than they need.
