Thank you again Gurdeep for all you do. Anyone conscious enough to follow you enjoys the mind swell of insightfulness you inspire. My wish is for those unable yet to sit still with nature and themselves join the journey. Peace and Joy can only be found by the acceptance of the prospect.

Heartfelt appreciation to you my dear human.

Yes. so true. As I read your words the lyrics of a song by George Harrison (one of the Beatles) came to mind. The song title is "Within you Without you" I think those lyrics compliment what you are saying. I found out some years ago that one can only find happiness within oneself. It does not come from outside of you. Yes there are circumstances that happen that make you happy but true happiness (peace) has to come from within. And you are so right about the importance of NATURE. You are lucky because I think where you grew up Nature was all around you. Some people who live in huge cities never experience nature. But even in the biggest city nature is there - it is the weed that grows up between the crack in the sidewalk, it is the bird that flies overhead or sings in a tree, it is the sunshine or the rain. I am lucky because I have always felt close to nature. I consider the natural world to be my 'church'. I can't remember where I heard this but it was someone speaking online today who talked about his father who was not religious but who would take his son out into the environment and tell him that this was where he would find G-O-D (the Great Out Doors). Thank you, Gurdeep for sharing with us.

Again, very beautifully written! I resonated with each and every word. A thought came to my mind while reading that you’re so blessed to get to live life in/close to Mother Nature but then I thought it didn’t happen for you, it was a conscious decision and action that made it possible. Not only this article of yours but every article gives me “hope” every time. The video is amazing, lovely moves by your friend Alison as well!

Thank you for sharing a part of journey with us all! 😇🙏🏽

Your reminder touched me. Yes we need joy all the time and yes, I believed there was a hierarchy and that joy was somewhere near the top with elation. Your ideas just soared through my heart, have given me pause for reflection . . . and finding my joy RIGHT NOW!! Thank you from my heart to yours. Marguerite
