All I can say is thank you, I hope to learn more about myself through what I read here. My life has lacked pure joy because I have always depended the approval of others, my mother, my brother, my fiends, coworkers n supervisors. I know now that pure joy in only within and what I grasped from the external and what I leave behind the negativity, the remorse, the shame, the guilt. To let go is to begin. Thank you.

Greatly appreciated - succinctly written, it captures a sentiment that I have discovered, myself. I look forward to sharing it with my 20-year old students who can get so caught up in what others think of them.

Thank you for your much needed messages of positivity. If one is able to understand and love oneself, in spite of what the world tells you, one can expand that love to an inclusive, ever widening circle to share that acceptance, love and hope. Thank you for persevering through private and public obstacles to carry your message throughout Canada and beyond. I love the unique collaborations you make on the way. Be well!

I think God/Jesus should be our greatest love, not ourselves. Eventually we’ll disappoint ourselves. Our greatest strength comes from God/Jesus. Thank you for your article, Gurdeep!

I like reading your words, Gurdeep. I agree, and it took me a long time to understand my own self worth wasn't tied up with someone elses opinion of me.

Thank you, Gurdeep! Fantastic video! Super great! When I’m alone crying in my bedroom, I would love you and Todd to pop in and sing Love, Joy & Positivity song! I can really relate to the first part of this article especially. Reaching the deepest part of your pain that no one knows, except by a glimpse. But God/Jesus knows. He can always be with you during times of sadness or anytime. Gurdeep, you’re good for my soul! I appreciate all your effort in everything you’re doing to help the world be a better place. I wish you all the best! May everyone catch onto your heartfelt messages! And embrace them!
