What a truly beautiful message capturing the essence of life so succinctly. I resonated deeply with every point you've made... embracing change, recognizing the strategies of leaders behind polarization, understanding humanity, and addressing the discrimination faced by immigrants.

Gurdeep! You've articulated it all so beautifully in your words. Thank you for sharing this wisdom. Wishing you abundant Joy, positivity and love as we step into 2025! 💝🎉🙏🏽

PS: I’m eagerly looking forward to the release of your book! 😇

I enjoyed this very much, Gurdeep and it all rings very true. There is much to ponder and think on here.

One point I wished to especially highlight is that we are all migrants and refugees. If we were born where we now live than we are often only one or two generations from our migrant/refugee ancestors. (Indigenous peoples excepted).

I myself am the son of an Indian father and and Scandanavian mother. We are truly all only one disaster, whether political, climate, economic or conflict, away fron becoming refugees and migrants, having to migrate away from our homes and take refuge in another place. This is something to bear in mind when we encounter anybody who is one of the 1 in 69 people in the world who is on the move roday. Welcome the stranger.

My friend, may I say how much I enjoy listening to you speak. Your tones bring me back to when my Indian grandmother would speak to me. This still brings warm memories even at my age of 67.

Blessings, Gurdeep and thank you....Paul

Dear Paul, thank you for sharing your family story. It's wonderful that you come from a cross-cultural family! I completely agree with your point about all of us being migrants and refugees. I'm delighted that my words resonated with you and brought back memories of your grandmother—that's truly touching.

Thank you for your kind reply to my comment. I appreciate that.

Gurdeep, I just listened to your video once again.

You touched on the fact of how humans are alike to our nonhuman family…

This is so very important. We must remember that we humans are not superior to all else, we are related to all else, different but equal.

The humanity we must show to all humans we must also show to all other beings, to the very Earth itself.

Blessings…🙏

Thank you for providing free articles. You are blessing the world by doing so. Moreover it is an act of unselfishness which if practiced in our own lives would alleviate much pain for ourselves and others in this world we share. I am inspired by this post to start today by doing more for others by not hoarding my possessions or my compassion solely to those in my household to reach out to others. This could be as simple as saying thank you to the person that bags my groceries and who always remembers to ask if I need them packed lightly. Yesterday I gave him a $5 tip and his face lit up. That is an act of blessing the world.
