This is a wonderfully written article! I completely agree with your perspective.
When life presented me with an overwhelming set of challenges, I too discovered that physical movement played a crucial role in overcoming them. I started with very short walks and gradually built up to walking 15 km at a stretch, eventually, those challenges began to feel much smaller.
I especially loved the part where you wrote: “While meditation and other methods are beneficial, I’ve found that physical movement offers an even more powerful approach. Moving our bodies provides a natural counterbalance to our restless minds.” That really resonated with me.
I also appreciate your emphasis on making this accessible to everyone in society.
Thank you, Manu, for sharing your thoughtful response! I'm delighted that the article resonated with you and appreciate you highlighting your favourite parts. Thank you for taking the time to read and reflect on it.
Thank you for mentioning disabled people! I love your posts, and i'm physically disabled. Seeing your joy makes me smile, and i've realized even though I have limited mobility, doing what I can is still beneficial. ❤
Your movement class look exhilarating! Movement is so important to me, whether walking in the woods or out on the dance floor it is where I feel so much joy and connection.
I find it truly inspiring reading about the fact that you have had your challenging times in life and are such a joyful person! Also great video as always- I love watching you dance by yourself & with others- makes me happy!☺️
