Thank you, Gurdeep! It’s true Joy takes effort and sometimes I don’t have the energy for it. But before I read your articles, I didn’t know Joy took effort. I was just waiting to see what each day would bring. Now I read books for Joy. Beautiful video!

Yes Gurdeep, we are given the gift of permanent friends, friends that are with us through our life and experiences. These friends are always there, holding us up making us feel. Sadness, happiness, melancholy, regret, love, joy just to mention a few make us human and inspire us to become wiser so that we don’t leave this earth not having learned what our true purpose is.

I love finding you in my emails Gurdeep. I experience joy seeing you dance. How much is it to subscribe to your substack?

I agree with you the truth that resonates in my core is bittersweet : this video speaks volumes with the accompaniment of love & loss & neither.

This is lovely! And I love welcoming of the water at the end. And how the music feels Celtic as well.

IT appears the Buddhists are right, at least to me... attachment is the cause of all suffering... I believe that the only attachment we are to have is to God/Atman. Viewing externals as a means of fulfillment is creating false gods.
